President of the Society
Andrew Mayo
|
Professor Andrew Mayo has nearly 30
years experience in industry. For the last decade he has
been a Fellow and Programme Director at the Centre for
Management Development at London Business School, Associate
Professor of Human Capital Management at Middlesex
University Business School, and Director of the highly
regarded consultancy company, Mayo Learning International.
He holds degrees in Chemical Engineering, Operations
Research and Management, and a Diploma in Finance and
Accounting, and is a frequent conference speaker and author.
His specialities are in HR Strategy and Human Capital
Measurement.

Pat Kenrick is Managing
Director, International Training Services.

Vice President
Chris Nutt
|
Chris Nutt is Chairman, FiSSInG;
and Managing Partner, Strategic improvement Services.
Now focusing on research and writing and coaching, Chris had
been an Executive Director of Client Services, an Operations
and Systems Manager, and a Group Personnel Manager before
joining Council 1989.
Chris’ experience also covers
roles as a Business Development Director, Marketing Director
and Change Programme Manager. Chris is a Chartered
Fellow of the CIPD and is currently studying for a Doctorate
for which the theme is human and organisational capital.

Les Prosser
|
Les Prosser until recently was Head of HR Informatics, HSBC Bank. Les is a former Chairman of the Executive for
the Society for which he has served on Council since 1989.

George Blair, Director |
George is Managing Consultant of
Shared Solutions Consulting. He has extensive
consultancy experience in the UK and overseas, including
Eastern Europe, Africa, the Near and Middle East. A
joint author of two books on organisational change who
often speaks at conferences and workshops to senior
managers and postgraduate students. He has been an
expert witness to the House of Commons Health Select
Committee and advisor to the King’s Fund in workforce
planning and development.

Kees van Haperen, representative,
Operational Research Society |
Partner, Managing Director of Koios Group Limited
Kees has over 15 years experience in organisational risk
analysis, risk, crisis and business continuity roles.
He is a part-time lecturer in change Management at Cardiff
University and a member of Warwick Business School's MSc
MSOR Course advisory Board. Kees has a MSc in Risk,
Crisis and Disaster Management and an MBA.

Colin Richards-Carpenter MSc, Director |
Principal, HR Planning Services
Colin consults, lectures and
writes internationally on HR planning matters. He runs the
specialist company HR Planning Services that provides
consultancy, training and software for HR planning. After
playing a major part in developing the approaches, tools and
techniques used in planning, he is keen to share this
knowledge with other interested parties.
