HR practitioners can work across an organization to change the shape and structure in order to improve performance.

In order to achieve this tools and techniques are required to enable HR professionals to fulfil their emerging role as business partners.

This approach provided a framework which could be adapted to a variety of organizational situations.

 
The Speaker:

Naomi Stanford is an expert organization design and human capital consultant based in Washington DC. Her current work is leading large scale organization design and change programs in Government and commerce.
Her skills and experience were honed in the UK private sector where she worked in very large multi-national companies.
She is the author of two books on organization design: Organization Design: The Collaborative Approach, and The Economist Guide to Organization Design.
