Paul Kearns has written widely on the subjects of HR strategy, measurement and learning evaluation and ROI and has earned a reputation as a leading edge thinker in the field of human capital management and reporting, having established the Newbury Index as a ground-breaking approach to assessing organisational effectiveness through people practices.
