Society's Activities

The Society is continually looking to anticipate, research, spread knowledge and debate the key strategic challenges facing leaders at the "Hard Edge" of the people dimensions of change across the private and public sectors in the UK and Internationally.

The Society therefore consults widely and then arranges a variety of events, programmes and services designed to be:

  • future oriented
  • thought provoking
  • stimulating and practical
  • valuable for HR, other specialist practitioners and leaders
  • relevant to high performance people and organisations.

The aim is to allow members to receive and debate insights and findings provided by the UK's top authorities in their areas of practice. The Society also encourages members to exchange their own ideas and experience through such events and through general networking and benchmarking.
